This place is ok. The food is decent. The soups homemade and nice and hot. Sandwiches are really good also. Deserts are just ok cake good pie is frozen shit. The owner is such a sweet Lady ( who by the way is in need of a kidney transplant) and a peach to talk to. Her prices are insanely reasonable with nice portion sizes. All in all one of the best places I've eaten at in Virginia.

I got the hot dogs great food homemade chili homemade slaw everything I've seen with homemade just like your grandmother or mother made you if you ain't tried it you need to go and try and open Monday through Friday

So we found this little place on our way up to visit family the other week. My wife and I love looking for local shops we can support and try out when we are on road trips. Well mark this one down for 5 stars as they hit a homerun with their service, food and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for making us feel like part of the family.

Just a really quaint restaurant with kind, helpful, lovely staff. The food is simple, home-cooked style, but they've perfected the simplicity and each dish is absolutely delicious. I'm quite partial to the BLT on sourdough. It is a treat to eat here, especially if you get some of their desserts!

Top notch ingredients, made with love in a nice little shop… lots of little touches that make their chili dog the best I’ve ever had… delicious sandwiches, and by far the best lasagna around..!
